” I actually agree that the act alone can be the same. But I think where we disagree is how it’s done. Blackface often gets demonized only because the ones doing it tend to have racist motives that do suggest inferiority. And whiteface is looked at as a joke because most of the time it is simply a joke, one that isn’t demeaning an entire race. “
